Maple syrup can

The maple grove of les boisés d’Amélie is rooted in a limestone and clay soil, on the side of the mountain in certain sectors. To describe the different tastes present in our maple syrup, we refer to a document called the Flavour Wheel. In ours, you will find notes of vanilla and roasted hazelnuts. Clear or amber, it is a pure delight! Keep refrigerated after opening!
